Bookings

Cancellations made 60+ days before departure: full refund minus admin fee. 30–59 days: 50% refund. 14–29 days: 25% refund. Less than 14 days: no refund. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

General

We keep our groups small for a premium experience — typically 6 to 12 guests. Private tours for families or couples are also available. Smaller groups mean more personalised attention and better wildlife viewing.

Health & Safety

Recommended vaccinations include Yellow Fever (required for some countries), Hepatitis A & B, Typhoid, Meningitis, and Rabies depending on your itinerary. Malaria prophylaxis is also strongly advised. Please consult your doctor at least 6-8 weeks before travel.
Africa is a vast continent with many safe, tourist-friendly destinations. Popular safari areas in Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Botswana, and South Africa are generally very safe. We closely monitor conditions and our guides are highly experienced in keeping guests safe.
Yes, comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all our tours. It should cover medical evacuation, trip cancellation, and baggage loss. We can recommend reputable providers upon request.

Planning

The dry season (June–October) is generally the best time for wildlife viewing in East Africa as animals congregate near water sources. However, the wildebeest migration in Serengeti/Masai Mara happens between July and September, offering spectacular wildlife spectacles.

Essential items: neutral-colored clothing (khaki, green, brown), hat, sunscreen SPF 50+, insect repellent, binoculars, camera, comfortable walking shoes, a warm layer for cool evenings, and any prescribed medications.

Pricing

Our tour prices typically include: accommodation as specified, meals as per the itinerary, park entry fees, ground transportation, professional guide, and airport transfers. Excluded: international flights, travel insurance, visa fees, personal expenses, and gratuities.
We accept USD, EUR, GBP, and local currencies. Payments can be made via Stripe (credit/debit cards) or Paystack. Bank transfers are also available for group bookings.
